OnePlus Nord 2 5G

this rom is originally for s6500 but it also works on non NFC models*

this is how I like my phone.if you dont like it,dont flash it!

BETTER MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP VIA CWM BEFORE YOU FLASH​

-based on stock samsung s6500XXLD2
-latest kernel 2.6.38.6dpi@hp15 #1
-prerooted with SuperSu app
-busybox
-adfree (no advertisements!)
-network speed tweaks
-battery tweaks
-performance tweaks
-rendering UI with gpu
-deodexed!(able to theme,much better performance)
-zipalinged!(better ram managment)
-removed bloatware
-much free space in system and internal partitions
-6 toggles notification panel with 14 choises!
-added CRT animation
-moded framework layout
-ICS themed
-ICS transition
-JellyBean font
-added ICS keyboard
-added ICS bootanimation
-better battery life!
-faster boot
-faster gps lock for europe (others must edit system/etc/gps.conf to your region)

-contains 2 latest updates
-added CRT animation
-made the clear button a blue X
-removed the "no notifications" bar in the dropdown

update v1.2.6 -outdated
-added 6 toggles +scrollable to the notification panel with 14 choises!
-polish details to framework
-added ICS bootanimation
-minor changes

-rework all framework from scratch
-added ICS transition

-fixed video recording problem(build.prop error)

how to install for the 1st time
-reboot in download mode
-flash s6500XXLD2 via odin(non NFC models flash s6500DXXLD3) let it boot normaly once
-After, you must install cwm 5 by squadzone or cwm 6 by Thewhisp via odin
-wipe data/factory reset
-download Final Version
-place update.zip in your sd
-reboot into recovery->install from sd->find and select update->yes->wait to finish
-reboot device
-if you cant get root privilages,connect to internet and open superSU.it will ask to update files and press ok
-install gapps from extras maybe
-profit? :)
-for OverClock go to extras

*if you have non NFC models ,before you flash,delete nfc.apk and tag.apk from /system/app of the update.zip if there are such apps..
if you still have NFC freezes,go to settings->wireless and deactivate NFC then reboot.
for more info ask other s6500D users, thats all i know since i have s6500


extras

-you can flash squadzone's kernel if you want OverClock.they are perfectly compatible (its the 3rd link to download)
-install this via cwm if you have problem with SU then update su files
-my akatsuki wallpaper
-google apps packet that includes apps i have deleted.install via cwm.
-push this in system/app AFTER you install all updates needed for drop down like JellyBean (white clock and date instead of blue date) then reboot and push this in system/framework

Yes man! Do it if you can because i'm thinking to change the phone if we don't have custum rom's.

'course we do :D ! Would be awesome if a full ICS / JB port would be possible , but even if not , it's still a great start ! I'm looking forward to your work as well as willing to aid you with any testing if necessary .

BTW can you make me a flashable stock kernel?.please i'm having problem with the kernel squadzone made..and I don't want to flash through odin..

flash as pda in odin
this is only the kernel,will not erase anything

I've made couple days ago deodexed rom with root, it's working pretty good :)

sir, i remember that in cwm by squadzone, i can not restore rom but i can backup rom. if we do this, we only get bootlop.
how we can solve this sir?
