I've extracted the three Accuweather files and Touchwiz UX from Add-on pack by mrmad and it works!
It doesn't work on Pawill's TW UX!

i still cant get it to work.. dont know what wrong, just follow your readme. txt and it still dont work.
ok there four files . apk iam copy to system/app with rw-r-r permision, . lib file to system/lib folder, and . xml to system/etc/permission all with same permision...
and still it wont work.. am i doing it wrong.. ? any one else can get this work?
iam using CM 9 nightly...

Do you reboot your device?
Try to install ONLY the launcher.

i have tried that, reboot, install launcher uninstall and install, none of them succeded.
do i have to clear chache and dalvik ?
