Thanks king. I flashed abyss kernel then twrp recovery and everything is okay now. Must say abyss kernel is performing very well. Not really into benchmarks but I can test for those interested

1. Long press the homescreen and choose wallpaper and choose lock screen

2. Dial this *#0011# and left LED capacitive screen and choose wifi...then turn off power save

Hy I did what you say but

1. On Home screen I have only wallpaper not lock screen
and
2. I don't see the LED capacitive screen.

Sry but I am noob at this.

Ok.. this method is easier

Go to settings - display- wallpaper and choose lockscreen- there you go

2. Its on the left side of the home button..

Hi all. It's been a while since my Note died (more than a month). Now I've got Note 2 and I just flashed 4.1.2 prerooted stock ROM using pc version of Odin. Now my question is what whould be the proper way to flash Alliance ROM? I still have stock recovery and when I try to flash Alliance using ROM Customizer phone reboots and stock recovery shows up doing nothing.
Should I use mobile Odin to flash this ROM?

Hi, I am also having slow wifi problem, after dialing the specified code, its giving this -"Connection problem or Invali MMI code"
Even IMEI checking *#06# also not working.

You could use Mobile Odin to flash the whole ROM (Open file ... and load your zip file there) or you could use it to flash a custom recovery (you'll end up with a custom recovery in both scenarios) and then flash using Rom Customizer which will give you options during installation (like keeping your current modem, installing/removing samsung apps ..)

"Connection problem or Invali MMI code" means the phone tried to communicate with the network that leads me to think you typed something wrong because it's a local operation but when you say you can't check your IMEI it starts to look like your efs partition is screwed up (you don't have network coverage) Make sure your phone is the international variant (GT-N7100)

install TWRP recovery using odin or mobile odin, then flash again with RC

I ddo not believe any progress has been made with porting that lock, as it is massively complicated

are there themes available to make it easier to customize the status, notification and toggles? i find it difficult to get the best color background theme using the available options.

but this ROM is amazing. a must have for Note 2.
