GPS reception on 4.3

Hi! I am experiencing serious issues with GPS reception after the stock 4.3 update its takes several good minutes till a lock happens, has anyone encountered the same problem and might had found a solution?

Try the FasterFix App if you have root. If not, then do a factory Reset. Go outdoors with clear sky and then get a fix.
