to
ro.config.low_ram=false
save and reboot

How to Install ?
Code:
-Download the ROM and GApps of your choice
-Make a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik)
-Flash Firmware
-Flash Rom
-Flash GAPPS package
-And at last Reboot!
