Here is my apkmanager version, that works fine with Sense 4.0 framework (as you can see with latest AB Mod). You can leave the apktool version in "other" folder both for decompile and compile.

I would like to stay stock even though those roms are so visually pleasing because I feel like with black dragon my data acts up a bit more I have the T mobile us version do you notice anything like this? or is this just basically a general problem regardless?

I am just kind of confused I was asking if I have stock sense US tmobile base would I be able to flash the blue battery ICS status bar? Or will I basically just get stuck in a boot loop because its based on virtuous? thanks in advance..

I will focus on the main ROM`s right now, otherwise it will be too much work. Also I only flash ROM`s, that have the Buttons remapped.
Flashing these mods is very easy, but you need to select the right version for your ROM base. Just copy the zip on your SD, boot in recovery and install zip. Make sure, you do a nandroid before you flash anything.
The launcher bar is currently locked in m.10 files of fusion.apk. We don`t have an m.10 decoder for Sense 4.0 yet - the icons itself can be changed very easy in the apk`s you use there. Just pull them from data/app or system/app and extract with winrar, then you can edit the icons (location depends on the apk). If you have market apps there, which change fairly often, you better do a metamorph do update these as painless as possible. There are plenty of metamorph threads at XDA.

33Here are my new battery mods for both odexed and deodexed ROM´s. This Mod enables to show your battery status in 1% increments. Other then that there are only subtle changes in the statusbar (see screenshots).
I also provide "back to stock zips" in case you prefer to return to original state. In any case a Nandroid is strongly recommended, before you flash these mods.
Install: Flash the zips via Recovery or in ROM Manager (if you already flashed the latest recovery)
Note: Since this question will pretty sure popup - the toggles are Widgetsoid, this allows to show them in the statusbar and even hide them from homescreen

MIUI battery bar for 1.78 based ROM`s
I just worked on an individual MIUI battery mod for those, who only want a battery mod, but not other tweaks like EQS. That will come combined with removed battery icon (is obsolete), center clock (looks nicer with MIUI bar), white ICS icons (stock also available) and an app to configure the color and thickness of the bar. I offer 2 versions, one with bar on top and one with bar on the bottom of the statusbar.
