I wouldn't recommend it, I flashed it to my CM 7.0.3 setup and now I get a bunch of "Complete action using - Use by default for this action. - The process %1$s has stopped"
How can I fix this?
EDIT: Nevermind, I fixed it by reflashing CM 7.0.3
But I've got another question; How can I get the same font as OP?

grab a font pack, replace the font inside the zip, with one you want, then flash, i'm assuming you're looking for the helvetica neue font anyway. there are plenty of alternatives on that thread though.

21So here's iNexusMatte for the CM7 Theme Chooser. Got a bit of stuff left to fix, but it's fully themed, minus the stuff the theme chooser can't do yet anyway.
All my themes can be found here in my dropbox: THEMES

BTW: the lockscreen flashable can be used and it suits both the inexus and matte theme. I will upload for later nightlies when they actually become stable and don't bootloop
