Thanks for this. It works, but it is tied to the stock browser that is different on the note 3, so the maximize arrow doesn't seem to work.

This also means that the Note 2 on Android 4.3 may come with the stock browser we know and know on the the Note 2 with quick controls, and maybe even flash compatibility, unlike the note 3 which has chrome with modifications disguised as what used to look like the old stock browser.

Can I trouble anyone running Android 4.3 beta on the Note 2 to backup the apk of the stock browser...if possible?
