It means your battery isn't fully calibrated. Sure you are getting great battery, but obviously the battery is using power that isn't showing on the meter. Judge it at the end of the cycle, not the beginning.

Did you lower the minimum MHz to 192?
Yes. So I just unplugged and I'm at 92% 16 min screen time.
Using ktweaker my min and max is 192/1512. Voltage unvolted -100 across the board, touch boosters disabled. Ktoonservative govener and now I'm trying the Sio setting under I/O. Also vibration strength is set to 70. Haven't touched any other setting if I didn't mention it like the CPU govener configurations.
My brightness is set all the way down. I don't think I have any apps that will pull for data. I have no Facebook or weather widgets. I have my vibration off on key presses as well. Using OS Monitor I don't see anything unusual so I guess I'll see how the rest of my day goes. I think I covered all my bases.
Oh yeah and so far I am on LTE and have pretty good signal. I notice above you mentioned something about battery being calibrated to the other person. I thought those were myths for our kind of batteries. Then again you hear so many things not sure if there is an actual answer. I looked into possibly wiping battery stats but I couldn't find that setting when I booted up into recovery.
Anyways thanks for all the troubleshooting so far and happy boxing day!
