How to do background of navigation bar?
Use transparent or even stock prism and change navbar png in res/drawable-hdpi.
if navbar is transparent, it is pointless to change the image - it will also be transparent
Wrong, only reason its transparent its bacause navbar.png is transparent. You cian use any image but in right resolution. Use some logic.

One more question: why are there black place? I put background image 480x800... What resolution should be?

You do theme 6 sense? And you changed files in HTC.resources.apk, didn't you?

For now i had decompiled SystemUI.apk and edited some xml's and smali in other files i change only some png's.

yea, notifications were tricky.. I remember looking for a way to mod it..
I found a background of notification bu still need to find colors of texts and icons...

This thread is for everyone who is willing to do some mods.
Here is very useful tutorial(its for 4.2.2 but most of mods work on 4.1.2): http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2243705
I used it to crerate first mod. Complete transparent launcher(Prism) and transparent WeatherClockWidget.apk.
Here is also flashable zip to go back to stock.
It was about time to bring this widgets to Sense 5
*Calendar 4x4 properly resized,
*Mail 4x4 (mail sync must be on, or you need to manualy check mail after every reboot, if you want them to show in widget),
*Messages 4x4(sometimes it can lose connection to contacts so you can see only phone numbers instead of contacts names, dont know why yet, but reboot can solve that problem or it will be resolved itselfe after some time) and
*Photo album 4x4 properly resized.
Im not sure if this widgets are going to work on mySENSEdx5 because of signature check, but you can try.

Sense 4 weather icons mod
I saw this mod somewhere, and decided to do it for our sense 5.
I pulled icons from sense 4 original framework files, so itc identical to sense 4.

For this mod i modified SuperSenseDX5 framework files, so its work on this rom.
I am not sure that this would work on mySENSEdx5, since the base of this two roms is not the same,
but you can try, just backup before flashing.

Wake from deep sleep works
Prism Blinkfeed On/Off mod:
It has 7 removable pages, and option to on/off blinkfeed.
Mod is without blinkfeed by default. To enable Bilinkfeed copy .eb file to sdcard/android/data and do hotreboot or normal reboot. Use file from .eb.zip, dont flash it, just extract it an place it in lobation from above. To disable it again delete .eb
