I use iLauncher on stock HC3,2 rom
I tried almost all of the launcher, and neither's one was not as fast
I do not like at Apple, launcher very fast and works fine .Rotate the screen takes less than a second.

everyone seems to be really happy with it. i myself am perfectly fine with stock ICS11
