no boot sound? two seconds boot sound an then lost.
and after a few minutes

    i had this problem for kp1

    try this way mate

    - flash KP2 using Odin [Odin version]
    - after first boot go to Downloading... and flash KP2 CF-Root
    - now go to recovery and wipe data/factory reset - wipe cache partition - wipe dalvic cache and flash this CWM.zip ed rom
    - now it should boot

    AND PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL THOSE who are having Fc's & freezes
    You all know that this is a very alpha build with lot of bugs.So expecting a lot will be a dissapointment.Try it and play with it. It takes a lot of time to get this working and we tried our best to let it work. So let there be another leak of stable build better than this and we promise you wont be dissappointed. ! ;)
