Safe Rooting Sprint Note 3 (flashed to Cdma Straight Talk)

I have had a CDMA straight talk flash on my sprint note 3.
I want to root it, use super user and stuff, and get root apps, i am scared that rooting will ruin my flash is that possible?
how can i safely root without ruining my CDMA flash?

please help, thank you ! what a great community
