Yes I did. ..10 euros usb dongle connected to the usb....

I checked all usb ports today. Not one of them is working. So you are right about the 5 volt issue.
I will take it out and have someone have a look at it.

The linked DVB-T/DAB USB device is OTG device. I plug to the rear USB port, and I plugged also own made Powered USB HUB.
