Arrrrrgggghhhhhh

You cant just flash a boot.img willy nilly as it contains the kernel, ramdisk etc and plus the wifi modules wont match either hence the wifi "error".

Try the attached boot.img flashable zips (which include the wifi modules) and let us know how you get on.

Hi, first a Big Thank you for your Help !

Today something strange for me happened... for testing I flashed again my Desire S with RUU_Europe_1.28.401 .... and after the flash I tryed to send a MMS to be sure that does not work without ZIP ... and without apply a ZIP ... MMS now works ?!!!!

I Think that Swisscom changed something in the network .... for me the only explanation !

In the last days I flashed the same RUU_Europe 4 Times and all 4 Times the MMS didn't work at all !!!!

I can't really understand ....

this is exactly the same boot.img i posted here

just btw...

this boot.img contains the kernel for the RUU-HTC-EUROPE_1.28.xxx NOT for the RUU-TELSTRA-WWE or saga_lbc_mod_v0.4x

it´s clear that there are problems with wifi and 3g... don´t mix that things

[SOLVED] By Operator

Hi to all, my problem is definitively fixed ... not by me ! Swisscom fixed a "provisioning" problem with MMS and HTC devices.

My Desire S with S-OFF and RUU_Europe_1.28.401 .... OTA upgrade to 1.36.415.6 works perfect !!!
All this without any Fix ....
