At the top of the search results I get one or two Google ads. That's the only place.

That's normal with hostblocking. Google search ads appear but when you click you get blocked. My PC does the same with hostblocking

I didn't got google ads before. When I click on the ad, the site opens.

So the ads are generated by google and served by google. If you don't like to block google you cannot block these ads...
