prl update for sprint note 3 on metro pcs

I have been trying to find a way on how to update my prl on my flashed note 3 but keep only coming to the "How to flash a note 3 to metro pcs or cricket". I just want to know how to do it for note 3 flashed to metro pcs.

Thank you for the help, i just download 3037 prl but I see now change in speeds. It stay at 0.02 mbps. Do you know how I could fix this? When I first had my phone flashed to metro I would get 1.2mbps. Any advise?

I have tried doing the *228 but it says failed to download. Do you know if there is any way to fix it?

It sounds like changing it aint really legal. If you google change you imei number you can see how it's done.
