New version is out: FPse 0.11.40
here are the changes:

- Fixed sound! really perfect now! especially if you set SPUSYNC from audio menu
- Added OpenGL-ES 2.0 blitter mode as default software. Very fast and smooth, and bilinear filtered!
if you want old software mode, just go to MISC menu and select Old Software drawing then restart FPse.
- Updated openGL plugin with fixes and support for Rockchip GPU.
- Fixed Start menu of GT1 in soft mode

hay when i try to play Street fighter alpha it show Warning: ISO corrupted or is not 2352 bytes/sectors'. how can i convert it in 2352 bytes /sector or any other solutions

FPse v0.11.87 (Samsung Galaxy S Plus / i9001, Rooted) All rips are from my own games so should be of sound quality.

Tenchu Stealth Assassins - Works fine
Worms World Party - Works fine
Driver - Works fine (car wheels spin a bit erratically)
Mortal Kombat Trilogy - plays fine but no music
Doom - Wouldn't load up, gets error
Tekken 3 - Wouldn't load up, gets error
Net Yaroze - Works fine on psx4droid, not on FPse
Duke Nukem 3D - Another which gets error
Dino Crisis - Wouldn't load up, gets error

Gonna try another ISO program

(Will update with more!)

uhm....to be honest i never had a problem with FPSE....I even can run some games like Dino Crisis...

Remember there are some games with game copy protection...ALso many games will run with "Some" Settings and they will run bad with default settings.

Why does everyone uses fpse emulator, when there is one already built-in our phone??
Does it have any significant advantage over the stock emulator?

FPSE allows almost any android user to load isos of their own PS1 games(I think PS2 also). Plus It allows the user to map their controls to fit their devices screen or hardware/gamepad. Some games have not been redone as android app to purchase/play. FPSE brings older classics back to us. FPSE is great. Thank God for emulators like it.:D

Its also FAR faster to changes games around by simply moving files from computer to sd and vice versa, than having to convert, install app, copy data...its a pain after multiple games....seems well worth the $3.63.

Any update with parasite eve2 working with fpse

Is parasite eve 2 still not working with fpse,

this would be the only reason id get fpse

Well the reason i was coming here to ask same... I tested it,just before main menu come, game close, returning to fpse main menu...

As i see in page #1 it's reported as not working, i guess it's not my version that's wrong. I wanted to ask : Is Silent still not working?

I think i played it on FPse months ago..?! What about Galerians? Somebody here finished it? No issue with changing disk?

How to make Crash Team Racing (Pal) to work on FPSE crashes everytime I go to a race. Using Xperia Arc S. Thank you! :)

    I thought it would be handy to post a thread with compatibility towards FPSE (version 10.54)
    See it as a guide list which games run smooth enough with your Xperia Play.
    Remember this is only a guideline for the Xperia Play phones I can't garantuee these games work with other devices but most of them should
    I will break them up in 3 category's to give you an idea of what works and what not.
    if there is an issue with a game there is next to it always a comment on how to make it playable or why it's not playable

    What is FPSE ?
    FPSE is a playstation one emulator for android and windows mobile devices
    with high compability although some games still have issue's
    that's why this list

    The MISC option "Special Screen Size" doesn't save correctly, I put this option in 4:3 but it backs to default fullscreen when I open the emulator again.

    This is a thread for FPSE :) I am currently testing some n64 roms aswell as for ocarina of time it works atm didn't play to long ( one hour or so )
    For majoras mask I have a lot of framedrops in town even with frame skipping
    but never the less still playable :)

    As for the updating I am trying to update this thread as much as possible and try to post my own experiences aswell.
    As for the game list I own a lot of ps1 game but not all so I rely on the input from other users which I am thankful too
    If you have a problem though make sure to let me know ! I recommended at the beginning of my post to enable SPU sync and turn of HLE mode for the games
    This applies as for now for all games I currently tested if there is something wrong I will update it with a comment next to it

    That's the directory for FPSE, keep in mind that the directory starts in root, not SDcard! :) also, you could use the backup memcard/states option to copy it to the SD card and find it in there, then restore it back.
