You should probably dump your ROM first then, because I don't know of a ROM with Portuguese in it (especially a S711 ROM). There are a lot of shipped ROMs on the ftp (ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Uploads/Smartphone/Vox/ROMs/Shipped) and there are WWE and Spanish versions, but I don't know if Portuguese is included in one of them!
Yes, first is USPL, just read the sticky and follow it (or in the Wiki)!
Then you can flash any ROM (if you flashed USPL before and not just let bypass it once...)
You don't need to flash a Radio...

A very nice and fast rom FHM ;)

Can some one tell me where is the option to save a text?
Vodafone has sent me a text with the new settings and it tells me to save it
but i cant find that option. I can find the save to drafts but that not what i need.
PS I can save on my nokia ok and the settings work.

Again Best rom you have done FHM.

I have a problem with the USPL.

I have my vox sinds last year (27th juny 2008). The 22th december 2008, i flash my vox for the first time and i had the same problem (with USPL 1.16) that i have now. But last time, fireburned (I think you know him) give me the new USPL 1.35.

The new USPL worked fine. But two month ago, my vox had a problem with the display, the cable in it ... My vox Go back to the shop because the warranty is about 2 years. They give me a new vox (Really they change the motherboard, the cable, the display...).

And now, the USPL 1.16 and USPL 1.35 doesn't work ... :/
Help, pleasee ..

a new startmenu image :) i don't like the white or black one.
you can put in there every image you want by editing the registry. :)

I have a question she would go into this version of the Rom to give the Czech language? Otherwise, this ROM version is still very stable and I have found no fault with either WiFi or BT. Very good work Frauhottelmann. Bye Bye Olda and very nice

you take some image, resize it into 320x320 von copy it into the windows folder on your vox.
With the CeRegeditor serach for the path and rename the key like \\Windows\android.bmp etc.
Picture have to be Bitmap.

but... had couple of times the right-menu bug. (hard reset resolves it ofcourse)

i've got right softkey hangs up explorer bug! so i'm not able to delete titanium weather folder even though i've uninstalled and disabled it it show's up sometimes with the error not to be able to connect to the internet! someone please tell me how to get rid of this ****!


otherwhise great and fast rom :)

FHM, thanks so much for your time cooking these ROMs. It's really breathed new life into my old Vox.

I was wondering if you might be able to spend a few minutes describing the differences between the Home Screen Layouts that you've included in this ROM.

As I see it, the custom Home Screen Layouts you've included are:
* Titanium
* Titanium with Weather
* Titanium Slide
* Titanium Slide with Weather
* Titanium Slide with Clock-Weather
* Titanium with Clock-Weather
* WM 7
* Slim WM7

That's a lot of choices!
For example, what's the differerence between Titanium and Titanium Slide? What's the difference between the different weather services, and why would we use both services on the one screen?

My personal looking favourite is the Slim WM7 theme, with most of the CHome bits disabled except the messages, clock, connection icons, calendar, tasks & settings, in that order. But I like the Weather icon that's shown in the clock panel.

    Regular reboot is a good habit on WM devices anyway. I let this happen each night to be sure having a clean and stable system.

    If you use a lot of applications, then watch out what they do, usually it is them that do not free the memory - not the XIP/SYS. The one used here is the "official" released one and not from any leaked other source afaik.

    You want a different Page Pool? Grab the Page Pool Changer, choose the 65officialv10.nbh and select select the value you want, click "Change To" and flash the ROM!!

    You found most of the answers already.
    - green blink: when radio is active it blinks
    - the same if Wifi is active
    - better use Conduits Pocket Player
    - reassign buttons: AEButtons Plus is Freeware since 1.4.2011 this can do anything!

    If you just dislike the beeps and volume of the speech tags, I had found a way to get both volumes to much lower values by changing the registry. Can't find it right now - will tell you once I have access to my other PC.

    Hard Reset is sufficient here - no need to reflash!

    It is a double-click on the speech Bubble in my Stock ROM. But Beeps are really loud. How to solve here: http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=3367140&postcount=95
