looks like this rom for some reason removes root access, may have to wait for another rom or updated cm rom to flash to 4.3
it seems to remove root access to apps that need it, even rom manager cant reboot to recovery you would have to flash with odin back to the stock rom and reroot again
Already noticed that, also tried with a custom kernel no way to do. Odin flashed and rooted again, that's why i asked.

im on my 2nd time reflashing to stock lol, im gonna go back to PA until a new rom is released for 4.3
Galaxy tab 2 10" users also reported root issues!!!

I am about to flash it on my p3100. Is there any root or app not responding issues for my device too? One more thing which gasps need to be flash after cm10.2?

Guys if you want gapps for 4.3 don't flash 4.2.2 gapps you should flash the gapps which are in this fourm HERE

First time installing CyanogenMod 10.2 to your Galaxy Tab 2, or coming from another ROM:
- Read the official wiki
- Make sure you're running official ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Copy GApps and CM10.2 ZIPs to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.2 zip from internal SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from internal SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 10.2:
- Copy CM10.2 ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.2 zip from internal SDCard
- Reboot
Upgrading from CyanogenMod 10.1:
- Copy 4.3 GApps and CM10.2 ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.2 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- Reboot

I know that many user still waiting for an official CM 10.2 Stable Release - but seems like we´ll never get it
CyanogenMod released CM 10.2.1 Maintenance Release on 1st February ( http://www.cyanogenmod.org/blog/cm-10-2-1-maintenance-release ).
I decided to Sync the whole CM 10.2 Stable-Branch from CM and compile them from Source for us.

I only used CM´s Source for our device!
Kernel changes (CM 10.2 kernel as base):
- Boeffla Sound: Engine 1.6.7
- disabled TRIM support
- DriveDroid support (Bios will recognize the cdrom device like most other cdrom devices. This allows people to boot ISOs from their phone.)
- updated bcmdhd driver to 1.28.19.4 (RC2_1130)
