This looks really interesting!
It's always nice to be able to improve the phone!
Has anyone got any status on this?
Regarding raw, it sounds really nice! But i would be surprised if we could get raw support on our phones. My guess is that the raw format (if its even fully raw compatible) is handeled entire in the hardware and not accessable to the os.
But i'm only guessing based on experience on other hardware. I would be more than happy to be proven wrong!

Pretty sure the RAW never touches the disc space. handled in RAM
