I have a problem with my Xperia Z =(

It doesn't work when it is below 70% of battery level , it switched off directly when it reach 69% ,
And when i try to turn it on again it show me ( SONY ) Logo and directly turn off !
# It's Ok when the charge is connected !
# Also there is no signal for my Sim card , it disappear some times ,,

I try to flash the stock rom with flashtool { i was use custom rom }
I flash Jb 4.2 with flash tool then i update it to latest version 4.3 with sony Pc
With Formatting Every thing !
And the problem is still exist !
# My bootloder is Locked and i have been never Open it !
