I think that it is (or was) something wrong with the zip file from Mediafire.

@smokin901 - can you consider moving the ringtones to SD card in order to reduce system size (about 20Mb can be saved by doing this) and how about replace the MIUI boot animation with a custom one (at least 4MB can be saved also by doing this)?

Thanks for porting this ROM for our HD2 devices.

The problem is still there even with the filefactory file, but only with the A2SD script. The wifi works great without it, but ofcourse i have very limited space for app. Anybody have solution for this?

When I Click Lock HD2 with Screen Lock widget ( Download on Google Play )

Screen HD2 is power off. But then screen turn on in Lock Screen.

I User 2.4.6.

your problem is probably coming from your screen lock. some gb lockscreen does not work properly on ics. update the rom, choose another lock screen and check. . there is a new link on 1st page.

we have original update option in the rom. if it works, you can update (not yet properly working, wait till rom progress). original update works on gb version, which i do.

nobody noticed yet? or i have a miss feel that most of the ops' are not here anymore. forum became silent, very slow progress on roms or progress are stopped. most of serious ops have private blogs or something elses. is it because of spring? or something else. same issue for every brand and models...

just quick review.

do a full wipe
task 29 + radio + magldr/clk then install rom

for A2SD to work correctly along with ext4 you need swap partition of min 128MB as well. else check out the method tarkan.dogar had posted earlier.

wifi works perfectly for me. if it is stuck on ip address.
get me this out output from your phone.

I try the command on terminal emulator but result is "not found" sorry smokin901 for my dummies questions (I'm very noob on linux command)

video recording freezes and takes blotchy videos. sometimes, the lock screen doesn't move. and force closing a program causes severe lag of 10 seconds before all the homepage icons pop back up again. and alarm clocks doesn't work. at.all.

I have falshed this rom , and some isuues :
Setup fc.
No root access.
wifi and 3g data does not work.

I do task 29 with radio , double wipe , and cwr 200/30 , is this right?

Anything above 200 is fine. I use this rom on daily basis no such problem for me. Check your apn settings. Also Virtual operators do not work properly with miui you have to turn data roaming on for it

When you open "About phone",the Model number says "Kanged from |0xD34D|" but not "HTC HD2".

Yes you have to join them using hjsplit or similar program. mediafire does not allow uploading files above 200MB hence had to to split them.

That is how 0xD34D aka lithum76 designed the rom. so if rom is ported to any other phone besides N1 it will show as kanged from 0xD34D ( Copied from 0xD34D) because few people used his work claiming to to be theirs without any credit to him

Download wifixmanager from http://www.fardjad.com/android/wifix/#download

Install the apk...run it by *#94349# , then Dial..It will say "Wifix Enabled"..

Now you can see all the access points in Wi-Fi....

Tried it on Tytung's own rom if ICS and it works like a charm...

Once you are in Wi-Fi, just update the Wifix to newer version and it will also give you a chance to change the country codes manually ( US to UK etc..)
