How to install
Download Base.zip
Download Envi-Rom.zip

Install Base.zip
Wipe Data
Wipe cache
Reboot
wait for it to finish booting
Reboot again
(if you get a cache mount error as soon as you enter CWM or TWRP then reboot and wait for the Repair Triangle to show up and go away)
(once this is done reboot again into CWM)
Flash Envi-Rom.zip
wipe cache
wipe dalvik

WIPE YOUR DATA IF YOU DO NOT COME FROM STOCK OR STOCK BASED

yes that is right, this 4.1 and a Z2 port, first few versions will be based on Blichen1997s AOSP , later versions will be Actual FW with working stamina mode and such @zaidx

i think you misunderstand
this will stay 4.1.2

we are making a new rom that is the 4.4 firmware. not a modded 4.1 an actual 4.4 Z2 firmware

That is right
there are some problems with this hence why this may take a while

i am currently in the process of self teaching C coding lang and other developers arent experianced in porting or even anything of such at all so we learn as we go, do not be supprized when the first alpha versions are very buggy.

however that in mind, although buggy i hope users enjoy the beta atleast
