Friend, listen. This rom has been dead for ages. The up to date version is maintained by one of our moderators. The marla kernel is not compatible with the old 4.1.2. Never has, never will. Go here... http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2158157
This already comes with marla, preinstalled.
ok love the slim bean roms but i cant get this past the boot screen for the life of me i factory reset wipe dalvick and format system then install rom and slim gapps no matter what it sticks at boot screen its flashing like its running but goes no further

This rom is discontinued and is no longer seeing support. Go to the lastest version and see if that works for you.
I think this was the first ROM I tried but it did not work and the battery died in less than 6 hours. From my findings It seems that modems/radios that are available to me for Wind Mobile (GTA) will only work with 4.1.2 ROMS and not 4.2 and above.
I see the ROM has been updated so what the hell I will try it again.
It works great on 4.1.2 except for the weird dropping of the signal and me having to reflash the modem (BLAZE) to get back on Wind.
I see this SLIM is built around the Skyrocket so I will test it out. I would love for Slim 4.2.2 to work. I was going to try Carbon also.
There is a more up to date version of this rom. Has all the same features as this and much more! Try Slimbean 4.3 build 2.
