No problem, I missed it first time in there too. I noticed it when in wondered if I could change the apps on it. I found pressing more in the blank space between menu and the app list squares works for not popping the ring. Just wish it had the button half an inch right in portrait, my normal orientation for use besides games and movies.

+1 its real hard to hit the menu button in portrait mode. i really hope there's a way to move it
Will the custom build.prop from http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1554259# work with this rom? I would like to download some gameloft games to my tablet. Not all of them are displaying in market place for download or has the build.prop already been modified?

Looks like you lose Acer ring if you do, its mentioned on the last page couple posts down. It was mentioned about an a500, so not sure if it applies to an a100, but seems like it would.

I don't use the ring so no big deal. I was more afraid with the modified kernel and other tweaks it might mess something up. You could always switch build.prop back after installs.

Oh hell yes I'm all over this. I'll report back tonight/tomorrow if it boots and any issues I see.
Edit: Booted fine, testing in quadrant each step gives:
1.0 2633
1.2 3208
1.4 3736
1.5 3836
This is on performance and of course noop. No chain fire or anything else, raw runs. Didn't heat up stutter freeze reboot or anything else.
I'll try to get a log for you tonight or tomorrow if no one else has. I'll be testing the UV today as well.
OK dumped the log but I can't upload it on tapatalk so it'll be a bit before I can get it to you unless you want it pasted in.

dmseg instructions (please post in the kernel section so ezterry picks it up real fast)
as for dmesg:
form the windows/unix command prompt run
'adb shell dmesg > kernel_log.txt'
then put kernel_log.txt in the reply

This ROM have face unlock function yet?
Acer didn't include that so no it doesn't, but the CM9 roms do.

Thanks for the heads up, where can one find this kernel? Only one I know of didn't seem to be named anything. I'm searching now but yeah, sometimes that doesn't work very well.

I don't have a A100 so I cannot fully test it , I test this rom on my A500 and G100W with a boot.img for those devices.
This rom is a full base of the leaked ICS rom for the A100
Active support is not my thing as I don't have a lot of time with 3 roms going on.

If the auto gps update and mimtempfiles remover don't do there job do the following=
-New GPS updater (lto) terminal command is = su (enter) gps-update(enter)
-Mimetempfile-remover (exchange e-mail temp files) terminal command is = su(enter) remove-mimetempfiles(enter)
-SUPERUSER 3.1.3 (in data) If for some reason root doesn't work , wait a minute or update the "su binary" from with in the superuser app
