Maybe dropbox changed theyr direct link system. Try uploading the ROM tot a free webserver or free vps.
Then change the download link to there and find out if it works.

last question. please answer. i would modding the OTA Updater, when i'm compile. i get error

D:\file\APKmanager\other\..\projects\OTAUpdater-1.0.5.apk\AndroidManifest.xml:16: error: No resource identifier found for attribute 'hardwareAccelerated' in package 'android'
where is the wrong? while there I did not change the android manifest

Use a direct download method without a dl page. If you can wget the files, it will work correctly

I just checked and their direct link system has not changed, it does not take me to a dl page.

I will see if I can find another host.
