I still have the 11414 firmware and no update so far. Has anyone got the update to 11454 that was mentioned before? I have talked with Nokia today and their helpdesk has told me that a new firmware will be released in 2 weeks time. Might this be the 11454 or is there going to be a newer one?? Any ideas...

If you phone is branded to an operator, that is why...
Operators don't update firmwares often...

Actual firmware is 11451

Mines currently a UK Simfree handset (Cyan) which is free from any branding. However, I am still awaiting the update from Nokia as well. Its currently running version 11414

I have use the Nokia Care Suite to upgrade, but it does wipe your phone. :(

However, if you look on the Nokia Data Package Manager 4.2 there is clearly a update for the simfree product code (059M539)

In Nokia Data Packet Manager.

1. Product Type: rm-801

2. Then click search, this will then pull down a list of Lumia 800 variants or if you know the "Product Code" type this in the box next to "Product Type" and then click search. As a example mine is 059M539.

3. Right click on the selected firmware and click "download selected"

If you are running Win7, this will then create the directory and place all the files in there ready to be used in the Nokia Care Suite.

Thanks
