[DEV] Fixing/Updating the HD2 kernel and missing code

Try use Jabra Clipper - Bluetooth headphones. There, I have wired situations all the time. Automatic unpars, lags, no sounds media after unpin jack headphones.
Sorry guys for a offtop and my English too but music is so much important in my life.

Ok guys here's the deal stop posting your requests or bug lists, When the stuff will be ported HD2= Desire= Nexus ie. no issues. Its will be a straight forward aosp port or the kernel so it will have no kernel related issues. We are missing a lot of kernel work right now in all sectors from gsensors to audio stuff and that what i am trying to add

We've fixed the BT pairing/connectivity issues in my GIT.

The key is to maintain the usage of the bcm high speed serial driver while also making the other changes.

Since then, battery perfect as is bt connectivity.

On another note, just had a e-mail chat with Chars today. He said something about June 8th, I imagine that's when he/she will be fully available. Chars said this in response to my offer to work on a .37 kernel with him/her.

Soooo either it'll be ready to test on the 8th or Chars and I will collaborate more then.

Also, to the user asking about the FPU. It is already being accessed. If you look up the fpu neon option, this engages it on our style device. And I can assure you, it's on....to compile in the first place neon had to be added.

G-Sensor code lacking drivers for some HD2's

although I am not a dev I will help you in anyway I can to help fix this as I think this may be a bigger bug for some than lack of 720p or speaker phone. Thanks and I hope you have some good luck with it.

If you can help fix this I will defiantly donate as WP7 is doing my head in and love android on this phone when it worked...

Ok, posting off topic issues are very annoying, but no one is going to fix it by bashing and name calling. It just turns the thread into an even bigger mess. Infracting members takes a crap load of time, even though it probably would help. The answer: I just check the thread every few days and delete the off topic posts = 5min of my time. It's not too bad. The thread will be clean and useful for the Dev's that need to work here. So please, don't attack members and no need to report every off topic post and start fights in this thread too, if after a few days I haven't cleaned it up, just send me a PM if it's really bothering anyone while we wait for the DEV work to start.

exactly what i need. many people are facing problem, and this is definitely kernel/driver issue, so this is the right place to gett attention of the devs.

In the latest MIUI rom the chinese team added this function in the ROM and for me it works flawless. GPS fix is much faster, especially cold fix.
I have no idea how they did that though..

not so fast. charan is having exams as of now, until june 8th.
he and arif will get their asses to get a working .37 kernel from then on. atleast thats whats expected as of yet. Starting another thread would be against the spirit of xda forums i believe.

This thread has turned useless due to poor moderation because giving infractions "takes a crapload of time". Its now basically a request thread....which is not what it was intended to be.

Dear all,

I have been looking for some place to submit what in my opinion might be a Kernel problem. So far I have tried countless of NAND Android builds, and I can't ever see any Wireless networks that are on channel 13.

When in Windows Mobile 6.5 or even Windoes 7, I have no issues with it.

I have came to conclude that all the Nand Android roms have this problem, after trying about 10 different ones. My radio is the standard 2.15.xxxx and I use HSPL 2.08.

Your entitled to your opinion. Many of the posts are not from the same person over and over. I don't infract someone for a first offense of this type. The thread is being kept clean and it's not too much effort.

On another note, the thread may be moving to the new "Dev" section which is only available to "recognized developers". This will keep the noob post out and allow continued dev work.

that would definitely be a much more appropriate location for this.

Thats awesome. Thats exactly what devs need, threads where only they can post.

Perhaps thats more like closed source, killing any chance of newer devs learning from posts like these. or atleast normal members should be granted read access to the dev forum so that we can learn and be the future devs. atleast thats what's been happening on xda ever since i joined.
