when you boot into CWM 6.x.x, you have to go into "mounts" and select "mount /system".
launch Bloatware Remover on your desktop, accept to reboot into cwm (will do nothing because you already are), then hit a key when pause message is displayed.
A lot of crap are removed, then.
However, there are some localized bloatware that aren't removed from my french rom.
Pages jaunes, canal+, office suite... they should have been user apps, not system apps.
