Incoming call notification

Is anyone else dealing with this issue? If so, is there a fix. I'm running 4.4.2. I didn't have this problem at all on 4.3.

It looks like the "one handed operation" is activated. go to Setting>Controls>One-Handed Operation and untick "keypad and in-call buttons" and any other options you don't want active.
