Not that lol. The RUU flashes and **** but when I flash recovery it gives the message. This is post unlock
i just finished ruu. still quite freaked out lol. recovery will be tomorrow. sorry. too tired for more messing around

yep, 1/4 install, reboot, battery pull, full install, reboot to bootloader, reinstalling once more JIC, and then I wait.
I wasn't watching the thread for the 1/4 boot thing, but i figured since it jumped all over the list when it installed the first time, something went wrong. Mine didn't say tampered, it said security warning, instead. Interesting that different phones say different things, or different methods yield different results.

Yup, just make sure you hold volume down on your reboot. Get back to that bootloader, and push the PH98IMG again.

My question may have been answered, but I doubt it... why are the root tools failing on my phone. is it because of the leak? i cant gain root for some reason......

but only being unlocked doesnt root me, right? it cant be just as easy as pushing su back onto the phone??
I used the all-in-one tool... when it waited for recovery, the phone went to the green arrows recovery, everything failed to install, and then i had the red exclamation point and triangle...
Did u install a recovery if so just flash through that and it should work $)

Not cool. I like your tweaks, and I LOVE my MIUI battery bar. I ran MIUI for a LONG time on my Droid X, and I wonder when it will be stable on here.. ..off topic.. lol youre doing great work, scott. Especially for, what, 4am?

Some people feel that the 3.13.607.5 kernel gave better battery and cooling than the latest kernel.
Feel free to download and test for yourself!
These are in old school method as to make one simple step for everyone. This also resets mainver to 1.00.000.0
Instructions
- Download to root of SD Card
- Reboot to Recovery
- Flash Zip
- Phone will reboot to hboot
- Press power one time so it will scan the SD Card
- Install boot.img when prompted
- Reboot when prompted
