Make sure the electricity supply in your house is stable. I tried at this house that had a varying voltage supply and the charging rate was really slow, even went backwards sometimes.
I've also found that unplugging the cable on both ends and plugging it again tends to work.

Do you use a custom kernel? May be you've changed charging current. If there was a physical damage then you wouldn't be able to charge via USB.
I don't know about BB chargers but Note 2 charger has highest charging current I ever seen. So it's unlikely that third party charger can damage this beast.

Over the in the U.K. on Tuesday, owners of the Samsung GALAXY Note II are receiving an update to the phablet; is it the eagerly awaited update to Android 4.2.2. Nope. Afraid not. That update is still on for sometime in the third quarter and will bring some of the new features seen on the Samsung Galaxy S4 to the device...

I am sure Mike will update his ROM to ME6 right? I mean I never cared for an update, but people saying it 'might fix battery drain' is an exciting reason alone

Yep, but Mike will do the MF2 update, not ME6. Doesn't really matter, I think it's the difference in numbers due to different regions.XXDME6 please they said that it has some stability improvements especially the battery life.

Q 1: After flashing Android Revolution HD my battery drains much faster. What can I do?
A: Please charge your battery to 100%, boot your device in ClockworkMod Recovery and go to Advanced ---> Wipe Battery Stats. Also see Question 7.
Also please read this ---> [GUIDE] Enlarge your battery life : an attempt to fix the battery drain
And this ---> [How to] Brilliant Battery Life 100% working!
For more details about wiping battery stats please read this
Q 3: Is there any alternative for SetCPU? I think it slows downy my devivce.
A: You can application called No-frills. Remember to check "Allow on boot" option.
Q 5: Do I need to wipe data partition when upgrading from old version of Android Revolution HD?
A: I always recommend wiping data partition but it's absolutely necessary only if I mention that in the changelog. But normally you can live without it.
Wipe data partition if you experience any issues.
Q 7: I had SetCPU installed on Android Revolution HD, then I flashed new version of AR HD and SetCPU doesn't work any more. How to fix it?
A: Please reinstall SetCPU.
Q 9: My phone got random freezes or reboots. How can I fix it?
A: Every CPU is different. It seems that your CPU doesn't like OC or UV (undervolt). Set your CPU to default 1GHz.
If it doesn't help, then you need to flash default kernel from the second post.
Q 11: My clock/weather widget doesn't show my location. How can I fix it?
A: Please clear data from Google Maps, Clock Widget, Weather, HTC weather sync provider and Weather Provider.
Q 13: My Wi-Fi doesn't reconnect automatically after boot. How to fix it?
A: Disable fastboot in settings or check this solution.
You think you're addicted from flashing ROMs, checking forum the whole day and you feel like "Android" should be your second name? Well, here's something for fun
