Does any of it help with porting android on to the HD2?, if not and its all for WM HD2, i think serves no purpose to be on this thread...
Imagine that the kernel is say, the heart of a body. android is everything else. you can't run a system without a heart, and a heart can't do much without a body, right?
Or you're just too stupid to read the first post and realize it says "ANDROID NOT YET THIS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE " etc etc
So, if I've understood correctly, we've got a stable kernel now...! In conclusion, what do we need for a working Android rom at the moment? "Only" touchscreen drivers? Or all the drivers (antenna, BTH, GPS, etc... etc...)?
Anyway, excellent work, I'll donate soon...!
A warm congratulations to the linux team! I'm excited to see what you guys come up with in the comings months.
As for a donation, what's the deal here? Do we send it off to dcordes and let it get redistributed from there?

I get ur frustrations...but that 2nd part was completely pointless and uncalled for....especially since that statement is NO WHERE on the first page. If someone was a first time poster in this thread...OR just came in here every day just to check the 2nd post for updates, he/she could EASILY think there's at least a semi-working version of android available.
I understand dcordes concern... other devs will be making various android builds, and will take credit for them, and a lot of people don't understand that the working kernel was the hardest part and no builds would be possible without it.
Not all apps work on the GingerBread Builds.I installed CopenWarren's Cyanogenmod 7 on my HD2 build 4/2/11.
Ndrive does not work. It opens and then closes again. Any ideas on how to get it working?
It was working perfectly on Darkstone1337's superramfroyo 1.5
