It is AOSP. You will not see a 4G icon.

What permissions does it fix? Is it a permanent fix? Or till the next time it F/Cs. If that is the case is it the reboot or the fix permissions that helps?

I am on Root Box. Do not have FCs just a bit laggy.. (The camera). I have used this ROM as well. Pretty much all the cameras on AOSP are clunky. I have my doubts fixing permissions helps. For the permissions to be fixed they would need to be borked in the first place and something would need to be resetting them all the time.

Uh. Huh?

Well if you don't have force closes then it doesn't apply to you does it? Lolll

I snapped a pic earlier.... immediately after, gallery force close. Issues like that are typically caused by an application not having proper permissions to read or write data to x partition, or whatever the case may be. Read up on Linux permissions and you'll get what I am talking about

How many damn forums are you going to post this same question in? On an AOSP ROM there will not be a 4G icon unless you install a theme that has one. Now stop asking the same question over and over....

Lost cause bro. Already tried. lmao.... just hit that ignore button

Liking the all black look I may want to try this out but before I do, is there voodoo support?

There has been an update since last post on here. Check the ATT thread. Also there is a kernel that works with this rom that has voodoo support (Jedi SOA) which i am also using with no issues! Love this rom

Re: [ROM][AOSP][4.2.1] Team Asylum CM - Slim and Fast [01-26-2013]

Hi- Thank you. Wanted to give this a shot but I must be doing something wrong. I did a full wipe and installed the zip but it keeps terminating for some reason. Do I need to install another ROM first and then the smaller zip file?

Sorry, just wanted to try this out but it won't install.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

I don't follow? You getting an error flashing it? What recovery?

Cwm recovery. I use it to flash other ROMs and they install...

Try TWRP, others have reported issues on CWM as well.
