Just had a reply back;

Apologies, it seems we have had a few technical issues with our system.

Just pop the item back in the envelope it came in, write 'return to sender' on the package, circle our address at the bottom of the address label on the envelope (should say if undelivered return to)
Then pop it in the postbox and you wont have to pay postage.

Please ensure you include your user id or order number (NOT item number) inside the package.

We will refund you once the item is received back

Surprise surprise, another Blackberry case here too!!!
Why send out the completely wrong item? I wouldn't have minded so much if it was even for the right phone!!!
Having trouble getting anywhere on play.com in regards to complaining too!!
Received my other case today too, the Quibits hard shell one, & I don't like the colour lol, not having a good case day!!:p

I got the same reply back. I was thinking the same about it potentially being lost. It is more the principal here rather than the £3.90 of course.

I am very sorry, unfortunately we have had a few technical issues with our system which has linked the wrong item to the listing. We are working to fix this so no other customers are disappointed.

Same thing for me, same generic response too. I'm going to take mine to the local post office & get proof of postage.

Pretty crappy response to an issue that's clearly effecting numerous people from the same community. I can safely say I won't buy anything from them again & will make a point to discourage everyone else too.

Proof of postage is all you can do really without paying any extra for recorded etc.

Hassle getting to the post office tho, gunna risk it as they say pop it in the post box in my opinion they are taking the risk (they will have to prove that I didn't post it as I have followed their instructions)

I asked the question if it was safe and secure returning in the way they said:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Items returned by this method will definitely be returned to us, but delivery can take up to 7 days for our returns.

Please let us know if you have any further problems or require further assistance

I ask the same question basically, but added in that I wanted an immediate refund as it was purely their mistake...
