no bro, it's kernel related and currently there's no kernel for s5 that support knockknock feature.
there is a built in work-around bro, turn on air wakeup in accessibility setting, you can wake up your phone by gesture. my tip is you dont need to follow the illustration exactly, just a light swipe near phone sensor is enough to wake up your phone. somehow I find it more comfortable than knock on
