As far as I know I don't have any scripts running etc. But I am finding it takes a long time for the phone to boot up maybe 2.5 mins before I can enter my password and use the phone.

I have arc rooted and unlocked via test point.

Any ideas how I can make it boot faster or find out what is taking the time to load.

Delete scripts in /system/etc/init.d from Viper ROM or see in my stuff how to fix them...

1. Pull out battery
2. Put it in again and boot up phone.
3. If the LED flashes before it bootloops you can enter recovery by pressing home button.

If you aren't able to enter Recovery (bootloop too soon) I think you have to flash a Firmwire .ftf and start from scratch. Flash .ftf, then kernel, then rom.
