DCIMhelper is often overlooked because it's function is a rather mundane one.
But it makes sense that pictures are moved to the DCIM folder for compliance sake.
The app can also monitor folders that you wish to either move, or make a copy of from the original folder, to DCIM.
My other android app like Quick Pic can easily pick up the DCIM folder, so it doesn't matter where the picture is located, although for compliance sake, it's better to be in the DCIM folder. And this is what DCIMhelper helps you accomplish with ease.
The non donator version only monitors one folder (which you would normally use for the camera folder first and foremost). The donator version allows you to monitor multiple folders, which is useful if your using other android apps that stores images in different custom folders, rather than the DCIM folder.
So that sums up what DCIMhelper does. Yes mundane, but nevertheless does what it says, for DCIM compliance. Good app, kudos
