Hello,

I always seem to have a problem with receiving MMS. I don't have a problem getting pictures but I have a problem with group chats. My group chat texts won't download. I've never received this problem this bad until recently. I thought it was my Hangouts App. But I downloaded Textra and I still have the same problem. I am going to show you guys a screen shot of my phone details. If anyone can help me solve my issue I'd greatly appreciate it.

If you are using wifi when you fail to download, try turning it off and then use data. I have a similar problem and that is what I have to do.

I'm mainly on WiFi cause of work and when I am at Home.. But I feel like I have the same issue when using data. Can it possibly be my APN settings?

MMS only works with data, not WiFi.

If my data is off when I've received a MMS message, I've had issues where it won't download. I have to turn data on, and reboot the phone, and then it downloads just fine. YMMV.

So changing the protocol to v6, disconnected my internet lol... Now what

Edit: I was able to change it to v4/v6 and my internet is back. But for w.e reason.. When I try and change the network mode, it goes back to the normal default which is global

Sigh 2 pages no real info

MMS doesnt work on wifi if youre using a proxy. You might be using a proxy without knowing it. Some apps like adblock+ or opera max create local proxies without u knowing because it wants to intercept ur http traffic. So think about which app it could be
