Re: [APP][Official][2.3+] Lux Auto Brightness 1.06
I gotta say, this most recent update has Lux running as well as the 0.76 did for me. .. Good job!

R: [APP][Official][2.3+] Lux Auto Brightness 1.06
Solved all my problems with this application I have a request for the developer (if it possible).
With my amoled in a closed site Lux auto stay always in a sub percentage, it shows this in a widget I would like that widget show a negative percentage maybe with different colours like red
In the next release It is a little modifications to do or not?

Re: [APP][Official][2.3+] Lux Auto Brightness 1.06
Hello,

Could you add possibility to use luminosity sensor and cameraS (front and back, all devices can be used to estimate very low ambiant luminosity) together to be able to measure the very low light level and set brightness accordingly? I never have values below 5 lux (samsung note) from luminosity sensor and have same screen brightness for 5 lux to dark night is not optimal.

Why luminosity setting of moon reader is not working when lux is active? Add moon reader on sleep list of lux is not perfect. Moon reader on minimum setting is too bright alone in dark night without lux.

Thanks for this near perfect app.

Hi Cyb3rGlitch,

Why do I see the following when Lux is enabled? I know it has something to do with the sleep list but why is it flooding my log with an entry approx every 2 seconds? Click image for larger version

Answer: on my SGN there is no visible change in brightness between 17 and 0 percent. Therefore I set the zero point to 17, and LUX will omit this unresponsive brightness range.

I don't understand how I'm supposed to setup custom links. Can someone upload a ss of their links for lux and luma? Thanks

Hi, I hope someone can help.

Lux won't return a lux value less than 4 and also won't return any Luma other than 0.

I'm running Xenonhd, 4.2.1 on a galaxy nexus and Franco's kernel 364.

The lux values must be inaccurate and I don't know why. I can't get a reading of 0 lux even in total darkness or if I cover the light sensor.

Just tested it and if I go outside under the sun I do get a lux reading of about 13k.

So the problem is that my sensor doesn't seem to distinguish between total darkness, and having the lights on.

Thanks for the help.

Is this still true? My BBS log says differently, with 900+ wakelocks (having some battery probs, just saw this):
