CWM Touch for Ace was a bit old and outdated compared with others recoveries. Now it seems one of the most functional.
PhilZ Touch is a CWM Advanced Edition that adds all the features you could ever miss in CWM.
It is a well proven recovery for many phones,It also adds a full touch interface a completely configurable GUI.

Backup and restore working
USB mount working
Mustaavalkosta's CM11 support
device will go into recovery by itself when charging
one thing need to tell you, you can't use this recovery flash a aroma2.56 package just like this http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1960734, maybe need update aroma to 2.70B4.

Don't PM me about this recovery, just post at this thread.

I've flashed with PC via cmd

reboot into fastboot
rename recovery into recovery.img and put it into c:\android (if you have adb there)
in cmd enter
cd c:\android
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Simple

you need to make a zip file which named pd98img.zip. and via hboot to flash this.

Installed it through flash_image with no problem. Very nice recovery, fully customizable.
Only some little missing: wipe batterystats.bin and format all partitions (except sdcard).
For the rest, it seems perfect! Thank you very much again!

Installed via PD98IMG.zip in bootloader (I'm not ENG S-OFF so I can't just type 'fastboot flash it please').

Inside is "recovery.img" which is renamed "PhilZ_Touch_Recovery_ 6.22.1_ace.img"

Here is it -> http://d-h.st/gUf

MD5SUM :
Code:
5ce75782b454a82a33133ae3b1ea48d4 *PD98IMG.zip

Nice look! liked it.

How to use PD98IMG.zip ? Just place it in the root of sdcard, reboot into bootloader and wait for promt. After setup remove the file.

Fastboot command only works on engineering or unlocked bootloader. Coloured_chalk probably only got ship s-off. So, he offers the hboot patch file so that those having the same cases as his can install this recovery.

    Very nice !

But i don't know ho to install it... it's an .img file and not .zip

How to install this img file ?

Put the file.img on root of sdcard. Open terminal emulator and type (enter at every line):
    su
    flash_image recovery /sdcard/nameofthefile.img
    reboot recovery

You must be ENG S-OFF to do that.
