For those of you using dxjg4 firmware, in the network selection mode is there an option to run it in wcdma only? Because in the previous dxjf4 there was only an option to run it in 2g only

This firmware seems to get the Singapore version up to Europe standard..
Coz points you mention particularly 1 & 7 are already in the Europe firmware.

ALso.. those using this FW.. mind telling me hows the unlock screen? Does it have arrows and is difficult to unlock?

I dont know there is unlock issue.. it is the same swipe to unlock and puzzle when there is messaga.

My SGS come with this version out of the box

You can choose WCDMA only or GSM only or auto

the swipe to unlock is more diffcult if you swipe up or down. it will need a long swipe. left to right is easier.

BTW the dxjg4 download rom includes the crap from Singtel too?

yes, but you can choose XSP if you want to remove those "crap"

Yes, total 3 option: mix, 2g only and 3g only

The crap is not installed but still resides in your csc folder. In any case, if you want some of the so called crap apps, you can go to the csc to install them. It won't be a system app anymore, though.
