Considering this, if you add gmaps, gmail, facebook, gtalk, viber, whatsapp... they all keep the phone awake and sync, your problem, not mine.

Pengus, your phone life is better with wifi than my without it.

Do u have a solar charger? :d

WiFi IS more battery saving than Mobile Data connection, thats a fact for most smartphones.
Just not for ours, except when using a good kernel like pengus'

To make this compatible with 10.1 and ICS i found out a bug in 10. It's not related to the kernel itself, but when connecting to an AP or switching between APs it will take 8/10 seconds before giving a green light. This happens only on 10 and i don't think it's a major problem. I live with it just fine.

Just to mention that i had that drain when not connected to spot also
I switched wifi to goes off when screen off and no more drain...
Glad you fixed it,great work Pengus m8

When i get a stable, low battery killer release to upload.

For now:

1) low battery drain on wifi (check)
2) unified wifi driver (check)
3) usb fast charge (check)
4) thermal scaling (check)
5) kowalski manager (check)
6) bizillion patches and fixes from upstream (check)

I'm testing the whole thing thoroughly with external testers and when they all give the green light i'll put it on. I don't think i'll add more features for 011. The system is super stable, no more bsods or freezes have been reported since 009p2, so i'm focusing on fixes and features but i don't want to splash a ton of things inside a release just to find out that one of them broke something

True, but I didn't have this enabled . I think my battery is a little killed by too much charging.
