I flashed yesterday with success "JellyBeanRom JW4 ICS V3 No Wipe" and afterwards "Phone FC Fix JBR ICS".
First at all I flashed the original JW4 and Semaphore 2.7.4 with Odin to have a clean system.
Everything is smooth and fine but on big problem:
The phone app gives a FC if a want to make an outgoing call. Incoming calls are no problem.
What shall I do?

Thanks very much! I smartphone without beeing able to make calls is funny. 
If it helps to find the error: it rings 1 time at the other phone then there stands at the screen "com.android.phone unexpectly closed. try again." Afterwards I see no signal in the top bar. After a reboot I can enter my pin again and get data connection via edge and hsdpa again. ...till I try to make a call.

Ok i flashed this and its awesome and all but there are a few problems for me
1. No boot screen, theirs just a glitchy looking pile of pixels
2. I can't boot into recovery mode anymore, I've tried it through the button way and rom manager all with the same problem. It just stays at the SGH-T959D screen, when i tap the power button it will boot into the glitchy screen again

I didn't remove the stock screenshooting method. You can use an app also. MiLocker has to be set manually.
I set the MiLocker and is working fine. only the first lock screen is not MiLocker screen after the phone booted.

Does this rom not support it?
I think it's more kernel related. Check stratosk's thread, I think Semaphore should be compatible with proxy, or it has a separate module for that.

26At the begining I would like to say that this is my virgin rom, not only for i9000 but of all, so please give me some credit. I apreciate every opinion as long as it's not insulting. Besides, I decided to cook this rom for my self, with options that I use mainly, but of course, every advice will be taken into consideration. Why such name for the rom? FAQ:
Q. How can I convert partitions to Ext4?
A. If you want to convert partitions to EXT4, firstly you have to change kernel for this operation as Galaxian encounters some bug and is not mounting SD for some reason. Secondly, you should use ext4 tools by Chainfire which are built in the rom.
Q. How to turn on the CRT animation?
A. You have to turn on all animations in Display settings.
Q. Rom is not booting or working incorrectly, what should I do??
A. If you have been running any other custom rom based on JVS, then You HAVE TO perform full wipe!
Q. How to change lockscreen?
A. Go to Settings\Lockscreen menu\Lockscreen Settings and choose one in Lockscreen style option. Attention!! Lockscreen settings in Theme.apk apply only to JKay's lockscreen!! Others won't work!
Q. How to edit Power menu options?
A. Go to Theme Settings and choose options under Phone options dialog position. If you want to disable the title in Power menu, uncheck Phone options title.
