Just my observations:
864 and 900 doesn't work for me ==> Phone shuts down after reboot
748 ==> Works
And here's the weird thing, 806 works perfectly on rfs but not on ext. All process boots completely except AudioSystem (see below). It prevents the phone from booting completely (stuck at boot animation). Any ideas?

I'll have to switch to something else than CM7 then. Andro-ID or maybe minimod 3.9. The bug with microphone is very annoying.
wipe data / reset, wipe cache partition, I didn't wipe dalvik. I'll wipe cache and davlik now and try it.
same question bothers me. I think the custom ROMs will work fine.. but really need a solution , an updated kernel for loopback to install Ubuntu Plzzz help , All super Geeks!
yesterday i talked nearly about 30 minutes constantly (in cm7 rom) niether me or oppostie party have any annoying issue over voice or mic.
i have overclock my galaxy mini at 748 and no problem, but when i restart it again, it stuck on bootanimation, why?

welcome to the club, that is the issue with andro ID and the OC kernal, might wanna switch to CM7 if Overclocking is your thing.

- flash in recovery

Flash Clockworkod Recovery :
skip this step if you have clockworkmod installed on your phone
- Download :tass-recovery-cwm.tar
- Open S5570_Odin Multi Downloader v4.38.exe
- Select TASS.Ops on OPS Section
- Check One Package in Option
- Select tass-recovery-cwm.tar on One Package Section
- Press Start to start flashing
Flash Andro-ID ROM :
- Download and copy the latest Andro-ID ROM to SD Card
- Reboot to Recovery Mode
- Select install zip from sd card
- Select choose zip from sd card
- Select the new Andro-ID ROM
- Select Yes - Install update
- Wait till the Installation is finish
- Select reboot system now

fix layout problem. now is using ldpi asset with depend on mdpi.
fix wifi tether, it should be work without problem.
camera partially fixed, i'm trying to fixing the orientation issue.
all partition will using ext4, so no more rfs..
i will make new thread soon..
for andro-id maybe i will not releasing the v3.1, but will releasing the v3.2. that using ext4 partition.
cm7 and andro-id will using clockworkmod for flashing.
