Are u S-ON or S-OFF? I am s-on but i use 4EXT recovery with smartflash and leedroid works normaly for me. Try to flash 4EXT recovery then leedroid tweeks

I finally succeeded to install lee's tweaks on this stock rom.
Error Was:
By using xda app from my device and following the link from post 4, I was redirected to download v4.0.1 of Lee's.
Version which is not working cause for Sense 3.0.
By using a computer and following the link I have been redirected to lee's version adapted for sense 3.6.

Sound Enhancement
Hi,
I am using this rom as my daily driver (and Mwakious too depending on the moud).
Even if Benchmark is better with Mwakious, I found this stock far faster (with my usage) as an example:
- Flickr (not running smooth with Mwak but very quick with stock)
- Paradise Island (Same)
- And a lot of others apps are the same
BUT, Mwak sound is very very nice and also photos now.
What I want to know is what Sound Enhancement I could Install on top of Stock rom in order to improve sound ?

I've only used the stock one. Battery seems good.
Was just wondering if there's a killer kernal to use that would improve this further and also give me the overclocking capabilities?
try kernel tuner http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1719934 you can tweak your kernel the way you like it. For example you can use the option "ondemand" and your phone will use the second CPU only when you run games, movies etc and when your evo 3d goes to idle it will use only one CPU. Btw you can tweak the GPU (2d or 3d) the voltages and many more

Well it depends because only you know how you use your phone, You can try CoolZ-Evo3D, Anryl, Yoda or ButteredToast and see what kernel suits you better, try and error. I tryied all of them and i can say they are all good but yoda is for me

Yoda 10.2 kernel gives you good battery life, phone sleep very well, cpu1 offline when not needed. You can find stock htc kernel at yoda rom thread also.

Nothing much to talk about. Here you have stock Android ICS ROM for people that like to customize everything by themselves but doesn't have time for ROM developing or for people that like stock ROMs without changes, but with "must have" things. ROMs are pure stock, nothing removed, just added root, deodex, zipalign and init.d support.

Installation
ROM Installation (for s-off users):
- update your firmware (if you didn't make this earlier) to newest 3.28.401.1 (link above, rename it from PG86IMG_3.xx.xxx.x.zip to PG86IMG.zip and put it on sd)
- restart Evo at least once after update firmware, wait for full system boot
- copy yodas_ICS_deodex.zip to sd,
- boot to recovery, and install yodas_ICS_deodex.zip
- ROM will format dalvik-cache and system partition,
- wait for boot, first boot can take few minutes
- enjoy Stock ICS with goodies

Custom Roms/Kernels come without warranty. They are tested before release but something always can go bad. So if you broke your phone or you got fired because the alarm didn't rang - IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! 93Confirmed
Leedroid tweaks works great on this rom. u can customizing everything.
here you can find latest leedroid for Evo GSM http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1334871&page=862This would not be a stock rom base if all the tweaks were added!
I can see that the previously popular bassmod which included a number of those is no longer on XDA. If I were you, I would consider looking for a 3.28.401.1 based custom rom that includes those mods as a part of an Aroma installation. You can then review the aroma install scripts to ascertain the files that comprose the mod and then add then to your rom.

You'll have to search and try to add it yourself or just use any of the custom sense 3.6 roms that have all that included. Otherwise this would not be a stock rom anymore.
