Hey thanks for the reply. I haven't flashed any themes yet and the contacts is definitely a different looking version than from seraphim. When I flashed this ROM and after restoring my apps... I still had some old message threads loaded and one of my email accounts.. Is that normal? I'm wondering if something didn't get cleared correctly or somehow accidentally restored system data

That happens to me all the time with Words with friends, ICS doesn't play nice with Words..at least rite now, maybe when its officially released..

alot of apps that are on the market are still not fully compatiable with ics.

I so I think I am somewhere around day 5 or 6 on this ROM and now it's time to report findings...
Over the past 3 days I have noticed my battery life plummet even when not in use... Also the phone gets uncomfortably hot, and will not charge at times ( currently charging now through USB to PC and battery life is actually depleting...
It's important to note that have flashed the aosp ics lockscreen on top of this ROM, as well as the jade theme... Now I can see if the lockscreen flashing is the real culprit, after I backup everything...

Gotcha, haven't really seen any pictures of it. Gonna look back at the pages and seen if I can find any.
Yes.. that issue is fixed. I would suggest for you to go in and do a complete wipe and reflash, because it sounds like the first flash was not successful. As I know for a fact contacts are fixed and beautiful.
EDIT: awesome, contacts work for me now.. thx a lot!!!

I believe i did 'restore all apps with data'. I was under the impression that this was the correct thing to do as long as i didn't restore system data.

I always restore only missing apps and data, its possible you restored a bad app that tibu classified as a user app that's causing problems.
