ROM installs perfectly, no issues at all - notification sounds working OK (sent many, many sms to myself :eek:)
As soon as I start to install apps the problem re-appears within minutes and will not go away regardless of whether I remove the apps that I have installed, reboot, clear cache/dalvik, fix permissions..

The only apps that I had installed were:
K9 email
K9 unread
Holo Launcher Plus
AndroZip
plus whatever updates Play Store finds for the apps that are in the ROM.

Weird as this is the only GB ROM that i've tried which has this issue.

Back to F.A.W I go.

Just a guess

It's smooth for sure as it's a lighter version of Stock

Basically it got very few MODs applied in that ROM, so it will be less likely to be troubled by bugs and unstable issues, and since somebody don't like too much MODs

Hope it helps

And please correct me if I am wrong

But most of all, everything is present to start off with (I liked Bagux ROM but the total removal of all battery alerts, and the lack of help from the dev to re-enable them meant it was not practical for me) and everything works (see my issue with notification sounds on RebelROM).

I'd love to give some of the ICS ROMS a try, but far too many issues/bugs still present for them to be a reliable daily driver for me. F.A.W still lets me do stuff like mods such as CRT-off and themes if I want, without having any significant issues to fight with from the start.

Is it ok if i put some COW kernel with OC? Just wanna use the smartassv2 governor and sio scheduler,coz i think they suit me well on Mutant rom. Corret if its wrong,thanks guys ;)

I can only say that this is the RIGHT rom for daily use :good: . Battery last longer and no FC issue . Highly recommended .

There is this SMS->MMS CONVERT and Time problem.And I can't find a solution.All solutions are for ICS ROMS or other ROMS. :( :'(

    RebelROM 3.0.6 Milestone 2:

    UNTESTED: But should work perfectly fine, it does on the EXHIBIT II, but I just reverted to Galaxy W kernel, and put back the libs I changed to get XXLM6 working on Exhibit II properly back.

    Originally a Exhibit II only ROM, but recently I ported XXLM6 to the exhibit II and used it as a base for RebelROM 3.0, so I decided since it would be incredibly easy (just replace kernel, and revert needed libs back to GT-I8150) I would bring this rom over to the Galaxy W as well.

    Yup,im testing it and give all the forum in my country so the can choose which better,At least 3 days to change or maybe less as long i have the best performance and i share with them..and the appreciate what ive done.

    Is it matter for you?

    This is smartphone forum,and i just try to learn more with others to be smart user
