Unlock it manually with the command - fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.binso now i have a locked bootloader!!! i have tried unlocking it using the all in one tool and thats not working...... whats the next step. do i need to go back to htc dev for a new unlock code?
O2__102 is not on the list, so it's not ok and for now you can't update hboot. As you are on a branded device you will need to wait until O2 release a JB updateOh i thougt that my CID (O2__102) is okay?
This show me the tool by the 1st methot.
I've check the CID again:
So i have no chance to update my hboot to 1.28?

Do you have the necessary fastboot.exe file in the folder you are running the command from, ie C:\fastboot>?C:\fastboot>fastboot flash unlocktoken unlock_code.bin
'fastboot' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
what am i doing wrong here?

If not, the necessary files are in the folder with the tool. Add your unlock_code.bin file there and in command prompt change directory to that folder and then rerun the command
Looks like there's something wrong with your unlock token. Have you still got the orignal mail from HTC with the file? Try to copy the file in again. Otherwise you are going to have to reapply via HTCDev.and now im getting.............
C:\JBFWTOOL>fastboot flash unlocktoken unlock_code.bin
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.016s]
writing 'unlocktoken'...
FAILED (remote: unlock token check failed)
finished. total time: 0.227s
